If you own a firm which with software, you probably were already thinking before about establishing cooperation with an external company in this area. As everything else, such approach has some positives and negative aspects.
Firstly, two main things should be considered: First - is it worth to keep softare activity inside your firm instead of hiring software house? Especially when the one here is so great. The best answer is as following: keep in-house your more important activities that create main income for the business. Other activities, you should delegate to an external software house. Therefore, if software is not one of the core activities of your enterprise, you should probably use the external company.
